Disappointing Customer Service

Very disappointed in Fitbit customer service. Charge 5 simply stopped working after 18 mos., warranty is 12 months. Fitbit offered 35% discount from their store but Charge 5s are backordered and I would be without a device for a month. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told TWICE that one would call within 24 hrs. 3 days now, no contact.
