hey 👋 everytime i set s timer in the gym between exercises i have to wait 15 seconds or so to restart the timer. It then freezes at the ”dismiss screen”. Anybody any idea how to get rid of that?

I appreciate the information that you've shared about this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried restarting your device using the three pulse method with the charging cable:  

 

  • Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Please check in you continue to experience the same behavior in the following days.
