Versa not synching with my Samsung.

Hi @Chopdog - could you please clarify? Which Fitbit device do you have? A Charge 5 or a Versa? If a Versa, which one?  Please let us know and answer the questions below and we will try to help you.

 - Which phone do you have? Which OS or iOS version is it on? Apple requires 13.4 or higher. Android requires 10 or higher.

 - Is not syncing a new problem? Did it sync in the past?
