In the Fitbit help section of the app I no longer seem to be able to contact support. Support emailed me a shipping label to send back my Fitbit Charge 5 since it was still under warranty. I mailed it on July 22nd. Fitbit prepaid for economy shipping and it still hasn’t reached them today being August 9th. I just find this poor customer service being that my 200 dollar watch is somewhere in transit and I’m left to trust it’s all gonna work out. Gonna go with Apple next time. **ahem** that didn’t last a year.

Hi @SunsetRunner once you sent your Charge 5 in, it's in the hands of the shipper and that is something you and Fitbit can't control. Once it arrives at the warehouse, they need to inspect it and be sure all the requested pieces are in the box. At that time, they will send you the Charge 5 that is available from their current stock. Sometimes we do need to trust in the process. Others have waited and patience is rewarded.
