Display just stopped working after last update.

My charge 5 is still working and connecting to my app. However, the screen is not working at all. First it was blinking, then it had just a bright light all the time, then I saw a bunch of lines. Now it's just black, there's no light.  Tried returning to Walmart and they refused it. Even though I had an extended warranty. This is within my first year of owning the watch.

My charge 5 (bought in April 2022) has worked fine -- until today when the display went totally black.  Had 3 different "help" sessions with FitBit online tech support "chats".  Seems this has something to do with an update.  One of the chats had me "forget this device" (on my iphone bluetooth) which I did, and now my phone won't pair with the Charge 5, which now only blinks the FitBit logo every 5 seconds.
