Display seem to be dead Charge 5

Did anybody know Something about this Error? Akku ist full, Firmware is fine ..reset doesnt Help 😞  this is the only Screen i can see

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the issue you've been experiencing with your Charge 5 and for the picture, @StephanFi.  

 

I've seen other users reporting this problem. Please make sure to try the steps listed here below that have been useful for other people: 

 

  1. Restart your device using the three pulse method with the charging cable:
    • Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
    • Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  2. Change the the clock face option on your Charge 5 following the steps in this article
  3. Make sure the firmware is updated to the latest version available.
