I have a Fitbit Charge 5. My device display won’t turn on. I have tried to restart pressing 3 time on the charger to restart and several times. Nothing is happening.

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 5 device and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.

Unfortunately my Charge 5 is completely dead - doesn’t sync, not charging and no reaction. App can’t find the watch. I have to give up this device.
