Does Charge 5 work with IPhone 6?

Can you get iOS 14 on your phone or is it too old to be supported?  The Fitbit App says it needs 13.4 or later.  Each time it updates, there's a chance that your phone won't be supported though.

Hello @NJMichelle and welcome to the Help forum.  I can tell you for certain that you cannot setup/sync with an iPhone 6.  You cannot update to the required minimum iOS.

This is a more important issue that you need to know about.  Apple no longer supports the iPhone 6.  You don't get security updates.  Apple released a significant security update after you phone lost support, in addition to at least one minor security update.
