I had a Charge 4 who counts my stairs, now I buy the Charge the Charge 5 and he doesnt count my stairs, ?? what is wrong help !!

I'm afraid Fitbit chose to not include an altimeter in the Charge 5 so it is not able to track floors.

Charge 5 stairs can count
