I had an email to move my Fitbit account to Google which I did and lost all my data fuming and I can’t seem to get it back their chat is rubbish and cuts you off time to switch brand I think

Hi @Mrnothappy  there is no way to return to the old Fitbit account once you switch to Google. You won't be able to see your friends or their stats unless they moved to Google, too.
