Situation got worse--BSOD (black screen of death). This was followed by leaving it overnight, waking to find BSOD, but sometimes green lights on the back, followed by Fitbit logo after 3 presses reset, followed by what now appears to be an update that is updating. Not a good first week with my new Charge 5.
Best AnswerThis has been resolved with Fitbit sending me a replacement device. In hindsight I’d guess I corrupted the device during an attempt to update, but this is only a guess. It’s a shame there was no easy way to factory reset. Now all I can get is a logo and black screen.
