ECG and SPO2 availability in Sri Lanka

Hi,

 

Recently bought a Charge5 and found that it doesn't have SPO2 and ECG function available.

Is there any plan of making these vital functions available in Sri Lanka any soon? Or there's no hope at all.

 

Also, any advise on how to enable them on the device will greatly help as there are human beings live in countries other than the listed/ supported territories who are paying more than the developed world for these devices and not getting the vital functions available....

Got it working.

Am not sure if it is against the recommendation...BUT this is how I got it working, in case there's anyone facing the same issue.

 

Go to the profile, and change the country to a developed word country (SG for me).

It worked.

NOW...I hope the fitbit corporate guys do not see this as a vulnerability and try checking the geolocation instead of the country selection.
