ECG app keeps on uninstalling

Hi there, in the last few days my ECG app keeps on disappearing from the Charge 5, then I see it has uninstalled itself. Then I need to reinstall it, but after few hours it disappears again.it happened 6 times already.

Who can help me solve this issue?

Thanks for sharing this information about the issue with your Charge 5. 

That's a bit strange, if you haven't done so already, please try the steps listed here below as well and check if you continue to have the same issue:

Thanks!but unfortunately I tried restart my Fitbit with no luck. Still, the ECG app keeps on disappearing and - after a system update - it appears back.

Any further suggestions?

@munta88 Thanks for sharing this update and for confirming the ECG app is still disappearing sporadically.  

 

In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Uninstall the ECG app from your Charge 5.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your tracker again.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Install the ECG app one more time and make sure the permissions are enabled.
  5. Tap Discover > Assessments & Reports > Heart Rhythm Assessment to double check if still appears completed 
  6. Try taking a reading one more time and let me know how it goes.
  7. Sync your device and let me know if the issue persists.
