ECG app not working? Charge 5

I’ve uninstall the ECG app and installed it again to see if that would fix the issue and it didn’t. I get an error when I tap on the ECG. Anyone else having this issue?

It's good to see you visiting the community forums for the first time, @brendas37

Thanks for sharing this information about the Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ECG app.

I've seen some users experiencing something similar. Could you please try the following combination of steps and let me know how it goes?

  1. Uninstall the ECG app from your Charge 5.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your tracker.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Install the ECG app one more time and make sure the permissions are enabled.
  5. Tap Discover > Assessments & Reports > Heart Rhythm Assessment to double check if still appears completed
  6. Try taking a reading one more time and let me know if it works.

@gdio53 Thanks for your help with this!
