I have my Charge 5, but the ECG apps not appear and i can’t add. Any help

Hello @Adagio1971 

 

Are you in Columbia?  It doesn't seem to be a supported country yet.

 

If you click on this link and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can see a list of countries that can access the ECG App now.  If your country isn't listed (mine isn't), it's a case of waiting until it's approved by the authorities in your country.

Please keep checking the list from time to time as it could change.

 

I'm sorry if you can't get it now. I'd like it too.
