ECG in Turkey Charge 5

Is there any plans for ECG function to work in Turkey? Or any other fix that I can use that function?

Thank you for sharing all your feedback and for your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the ECG feature. 

As you mentioned earlier, unfortunately the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment and it would not be possible to receive the feature by changing the location on the Fitbit app, since this feature often requires the approval of certain agencies and institutions of each country before they can be activated for use. 

I recommend that you review this list periodically to check if your country has been added, since there is no other feature that would record your Atrial fibrillation for the moment, but you can continue to track your heart rate information and receive heart rate zone notifications. You can find more information in this article. 

In the meantime, I recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community. This section is monitored regularly by the team of developers. I see some ideas posted about having ECG with some countries that are not currently on the list, but I haven't seen one posted for Turkey yet.
