My ecg keeps freezing on analysis, then screen goes black not saving info to app. Have tried reset .As purchased for ecg would prefer not to have to do factory reset and loose data .Any ideas

In addition to the three pulse restart method, could you please try changing to a different clock face as well? This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
