My Fitbit has recently reached the required 14 days mark to "fine tune" my readiness score which I thought would give me improved metrics. However. Every day this week I hit my goal of zone minutes, and every day but one it tells me my activity is "light". What does one have to do to get a "moderate" or higher score. I feel okay, but I'm not always a great judge of my own fatigue level vs me just not wanting to run, so that was one of the big selling points of the Charge5(the readiness score) in the first place. Every day my Fitbit is essentially telling me to get 130+ zone minutes, which for most of my runs is like 70 minutes. Yesterday I ran 8 miles (Also, the GPS is off on my Fitbit so it thought I ran 10 miles) what constitutes more than "light" exertion?
