So today I tried using my ecg which I haven't since Dec. At first it wasn't reading at all like I wasn't touching the device. I looked up online to force top app, Uninstall and reinstall ecg app, restart device etc. The furthest I got was it showing the 30 second countdown than back to put your finger/thumb on the sides. I can't get the device to get a reading it just flashes 30 to thumb back and forth. Eda scanner does work so I can confirm the metal sides are getting a reading off a different app.

Hi, I don’t see ecg app at all neither on the charge5 device nor on the Fitbit app on my iPhone. It looks like this app is not available anymore.

It's still on my device and app. Spoke to the fitbit chat help. It's now being sent to a higher department.
