ECG won't install

We tried for hours to install the ECG app on the Charge5 FitBit but it just wouldn't. The lozenge was just going left to right and eventually came back to 'Install'. We tried the FitBit 'advocates' (customer service) AND they asked which country we are in (UK) but they were useless!


Eventually, on this forum, somebody mentioned logging in to the app (on my iPhone8+) via a VPN (Surfshark, in our case, there are others) and 'locating' ourselves in the US.

When we did this, the app installed perfectly!!!

It worked for us - try it!
