ECG won't start Charge 5

I bought two Charge 5, one for me and one for my wife, I installed them on oure two android 10 (samsung Galaxy A51) and everything seems to work as supposed at start. The ekg-app work on my Charge 5, but when starting it on my wifes the charge 5 tells me to watch the phone but nothing happens, as it did when i started ekg at the first time on my Charge 5.

Hi, I appreciate the information you've shared about this inconvenience with the Charge 5, @GöranE

 

Before considering other options, please keep in mind the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment. I recommend that you review this list to check if your country has been added.

 

However, if your country is on the list and you're still not able to start using this feature, please try restarting your device following the steps listed here below: 

 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

If you're still having the same inconvenience, please try to set up the Charge 5 as a new device on the account, as this has been useful for other people.
