I've recently had my Charge 5 replaced as the old one's battery died. I never had any problem getting the old one to do an ECG check, but can't get the new one to recognise that I'm pressing my thumb and finger against the metal bits on the sides even when pressing quite firmly.
EDA works fine, so the side bits are detecting my thumb and finger, so why isn't ECG, which uses the same technology, working?
