Hi, When I do an EDA scan, it usually comes up between 22 and 28. When I read the pdf manual, it says, the higher the score, the more stressed I am.
Either that is worded wrong or the scan is not working. There is no stressors in my life right now, so I should be getting a 'good' score. The manual makes it sound like 100 (higher) is best and low is a stress monkey on a bike
Thoughts? Thanks.

Hi, it's good to see you around the community forums, @Sleam.
Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the EDA response on Charge 5.
This seems to be related to the stress management score, this specific score ranges from 1 to 100, and a higher score indicates that your body is showing fewer physical signs of stress. Regarding the EDA responses that you mentioned earlier, while your EDA response may vary, you should typically expect fewer EDA responses the calmer you are. You can find more information about EDA responses here.

Hi @Sleam
You might be interested in checking out Fitbit's recent The Pulse blog posts. There's a 3 part article on Fitbit's Stress Management Score. The articles have detailed information that explain a lot more about the stress management score & how it's determined. As of today (14 Jun 2023), parts 1 & 2 are available. Thanks. It would be helpful if the manual explained what the responses mean. There is no info there. When I get say 24, I don't know if it is out of 24/25 or out of 50, 200 or more. The manual also doesn't then explain what that means. Is it a low number and that is less stress? A higher number is more stress? The manual should be clearly written and not expect the user to have to search elsewhere to find out. Same for other issues with the manual. It's badly written.
