I appreciate Fitbit effort in order to give customers the chance to get a deeper knowledge about their health... BUT! (To be continued)
Like many others, when I realized the Relax App was missing I was seriously disappointed; I also gave for granted that Fitbit replaced it with the EDA SCAN app with the genuine intention to give customers a better option. Despite being a little skeptical, I then decided to use this new App thinking that while getting familiar with it I would have been appreciating it... BUT...
NO WAY.
I still don't find it useful at all.
If I'm stressed I already know that I'm stressed and why. I don't feel any need to track it, instead the guided breath app always helped me anytime I could sit down, close my eyes, and breath following the rhythm of the guided session.
I'm a simple man, I know...but I'm wondering about other users experiences.
Did somebody found the EDA SCAN app useful? And if yes how did it help?
Personally it makes me just even more nervous. For example keeping the two fingers on the charge sides is crazily annoying, also pretty uncomfortable especially if I'm lying on bed. Exactly the opposite on the RELAX app that often helped me falling sleeping while using it.
Is it me only?
Maybe I'm not sofisticate enough to deserve the Charge 5, and I should just get the new Inspire 3, but I would like to hear from you all and understand what's your feeling about these two apps.
Thank you
