EDA stopped working after update

Hi all

I updated my Fitbit charge 5 with the latest software but now the EDA scan won’t work.. it tells me to hold the metal sides press as normal but then never goes off that screen.. it  doesn’t start counting.

I’ve tried restarting it completely but no luck.

any advice?

I just clicked the button on the charger once and it fixed it
