EDA app is missing from my new watch?  Swiped and it isn’t there, Do I have to download this?

I do have EDA but i don't remember if i installed it or it was already there.

Could you check in your Fitbit app on your phone if you have it ?
click your avatar (tp left) > Charge 5 > Apps tile..... I have EDA Scan at the end

No and tech support reset my watch and now it won’t come back on. Offered to replace but in a different color -so disappointing
