EOV range

Fortunately for me my Charge 5 never updated and I still run fine. I'm on version 1.182.26.

I have minor sleep apnea so I check my EOV daily.  My daily SPo2 % average is mid 90's.  I do get high EOV (yellow spikes) so I would like to see the daily EOV range, like I see on the Versa forums.  Is there a way to obtain this data on Charge 5.  I have exported my fitbit data and I get "infrared to red signal ratio" but don't know how to convert this to an EOV range.  Since fitbit is able to tell me my daily average there must be a way to obtain EOV range as well.
