I have a charge 5 and got it specifically for the ecg reader. The other day it just suddenly stopped working, the Eda works fine so it's not thr sensors.
I have restarted the watch, unistslled ecg app, and installed, I have unistalled the whole fit bit app and reinstalled but nothing is working. When you click on ecg readings in the fitbit app it says its on and ready to use but the layout is different, so I don't know if there has been an update.
I'm at a loss how do I fix this or who can I contact to get help.
