Has anyone else had problems where the ecg isn't working? Tried resetting etc nothing works. Customer support aren't any help. Anyone any suggestions? Apart from binning it!!

After my experiences the finger tips you're using for taking an ECG should have a little bit of moist to improve electrical conductivity for the ECG to work reliably.
