Charge 5 - Water Lock: Double-tap sensibility

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

The Water Lock feature is useful in the shower, but it would be nice if it were easier to turn off.

It says "Double-tap to turn off" Water Lock.

First, the Charge 5 is far too insensitive to "taps". I have to smack the thing for it to register.

Second, it actually takes a minimum of four taps to disengage because the first two taps actually open the Water Lock feature, and then the second two taps actually turn it off. Why not have it disengage on the 1st two taps? Your firmware engineers should be able to figure this one out since the feature is actively engaged already in this case.

Thanks,

_D

All of us who swim have this same issue. It ALWAYS takes multiple double taps to turn off the water lock. I do not view this as a "feature" change. It is a defect that needs attention.
