I can't see EDA app on my Charge 5 

What do I do about it

Hello @Nits93 

 

I’m just wondering exactly where you’re looking for the App.  If it’s on your Charge 5, you should be able to see it by swiping once to the right from the Clock Face screen or 5 times to the left. 

If it is installed, you should see (when scrolling left), Notifications, Exercise, Alarms, Timers, and then finally, EDA.

 

If it’s not there, please check on the App on your phone.  From the today screen, tap your profile picture, then Charge 5, then Gallery, then Apps.  You should be able to see if it’s installed or ready to install.  

If it’s not there, check if your App and Charge 5 are both up to date, on the latest versions and synced.  Hopefully it will turn up then.

 

 I did try to research and see if it was only available in certain countries like the ECG App but I couldn’t find any information I’m afraid.
