Hi all,

 

How do I disable these notifications about "keep earning"...

Hello @Bloodrazor ,

 

They can be annoying if you're not into it.  One thing to shut off the heart rate zone notices during exercise, which I find the most irritating, is to scroll down from the main watch screen on your Charge 5 until you come to Settings, tap, then scroll down to Heart Zone Notifications and switch that to Off.  That will stop those.  Make sure you don't turn off Heart Rate, which is next to it as you need that one on.

 

For the rest, if you go into the App on your phone, from the Today screen, select your profile picture, then scroll down to Notifications.  Select that, then you can turn on and off a whole host of notifications.

Thanks for helping out, however I am still getting some random hurray screens and yeah I'm not into any of this so it's pretty annoying.

I need something discrete to preview who is texting / calling and I kinda was happy with my choice at first but now it starts to drives me crazy.

 

I went to the app and removed almost all tracked activities even from the main screen to see if this will resolve it. If not will look for alternative products. Nature of my work requires me to spontaneously engage in meetings and customer relations and I can't always pull phone or turn DND on time. Thought this device would help me but looks like Fitbit trackers are very direct / targeted devices.
