Hello

 

I always start my bike ride manually on my Charge 5. And normally I also switch it off. However today I forgot to stop the bike ride and now my drive home is included in the bike ride. Is there a way that I can bring back the finish off my bike ride to where it really happened

Sorry to read that. In case your Fitbit is unresponsive, you can force a restart to see if that helps:

  1. Connect Charge 5 to the charging cable.
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

It might solve your problem. If it does not, you will need to contact Customer Support or exchange it if it is under warranty.

I tried the  reboot   but no response.  Looks like it is permanently damaged.   The    unresponsiveness occurred after a short swim  which I had done already  several times before.
