Why I'm getting length of 10m pool, when it should be 25m?

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5. 

Could you please provide a few more details about this issue? Let me know if the device won't let you update this information or if you're getting any specific error message. In the meantime, make sure to check if you're able to adjust the pool length directly on  your device: 

  1. Swipe right or left to the Exercise app 
     
    , then swipe up and tap Swim.
  2. Swipe up and tap Pool Length.

Thanks DavideFitbit for your advice, I didn't know you can adjust the
pool length on the tracker as you have suggested, I thought it's done
automatically. Now it's working ok. thanks.
For the same setup "set a goal" I have a question, there are Zone
minutes and Time. Can you explain what is the difference between them?
and how do I set them up?and what will happen if I set them to higher
or lower values then optimal values? thanks.
