Battery defective but won't replace.

I have had a charge 5 for 6 months with no problems until 3 days ago.

I usually get 5-7 days at least on one charge. Now it goes from 100% to completely dead in 4 hrs. I have tried factory reset and don't use screen on or GPS. In fact if I take it off charge and leave it on the table untouched it goes down the same. So essentially unusable. I am told by fit bit services that this is a known issue and I will need to wait for 'an update', with no idea when this will be available.

I am so frustrated. I have an unusable devise in warranty and they are refusing to replace. Has anyone else had this issue?

Ive only had mine 2 months and it is only lasting 1 day. Very frustrating
