When I try to plug in my calories by searching the food I ate, the results show up in Korean, everything else is English besides that, how do I fix it on the iPhone app

It appears your food database language was altered somehow. No worries…here is how you fix it:
Open your Fitbit App and tap your profile picture
Scroll down and tap Activity & Wellness
Now tap Nutrition & Weight
Scroll down and tap Food Database
😉 Now pick which country you wish…by tapping the country you wish it will place a green check mark on your choice. Sync your App to accept your changes
