I am changing jobs tomorrow and will no longer have access to my email. What I thought would be a very simple change (I started a week ago converting all emails) has proven to be an issue for only one device. My fitbit. I have changed my email in my account settings, and now have a pending new email address. HOWEVER, fitbit has sent an email to that number with a link verify. When I click on the link it goes to fitbit.com and nothing refreshes. I have tried multiple times on multiple devices (PC, iphone, ipad) and same results. It even has a copy this link if issues with the same black screen. i cannot seem to find a way to get a hold of anyone to help. HELP!!! I will lose any communication from fitbit as of tomorrow and I can see I am still getting those emails to my work.
