Fitbit Charge 5 version 57.20001.149.11 Google Pixel 6
The sleep stage page mislabels the colored up and down bars erroneously.
I am concerned that the numbers and timing of the sleep stages changes are also incorrect.
I looked back as far as December and every sleep page that used to be
properly labeled on my old Pixel with Charge 4 is now mislabeled.
Recently I was able to update to Fitbit version 3.59.1, but it did not change the errors. I will greatly appreciate any comments. I have used the button on the charging cable.
According to this:
”With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app. ... your device image. Tap the pink Update button. This option only appears if an update is available.” I have no pink button and I cannot update again.
Is there anything I can do to prevent these errors. Please see the attachments.
