Excess Zone minutes

On Monday my zone minutes were 327. Normal range for me is under 100. I did my normal exercise bike in the morning and the rest of the day I went to the funeral of my GF's cousin. I drove 100 miles to the funeral, the first hour or so in intermittent rain. On the way stopped at Buc-ee's and walked around it for a while. It was a muggy day so all the time out of the car us a bit uncomfortable. The funeral was a Catholic Mass (lots of going from sitting to standing and back). It was warm in the church. Then went to the reception and stayed for a couple of hours. I don't like crowds and the funeral and reception were attended by at least 100 people. So my question is could my discomfort and anxiety during the day been enough to elevate my heart rate into one or more zones? I think my Charge 5 buzzed a couple of times but I wasn't paying attention.

I was exhausted the next day.

@RonInAustin   Zone minutes are calculated from your heart rate, plain and simple.  In this regard, your Charge 5 doesn't "know" if you are anxious, running a fever, or are experiencing any other situation that elevates your heart rate.  So I wouldn't worry about these excess zone minutes at all.  I'm sorry for your loss and it's sounds you have a very good reason for feeling exhausted the next day.

Ive had the same thing happen when I've experienced anxiety like due to having exams or job interview so its normal for the fitbit and zone minutes
