My exercise app on my new Charge 5 quit working. If I tap on the exercise icon to allow me to choose what mode I want...walk, run, etc........nothing happens and 2 taps gets me back to my clockface. Any advice for me?

Have you restarted the device from the settings menu?

Yes, I did the restart thing. Didn't fix it.

The other option you can try to is to restart using the charging cable.

I believe I did that also. I pushed that button 3 times on the USB end of the charge cable, waited for the FitBit icon to show on the screen. Again, nothing fixed the exercise app. LOL--If you have other ideas, I'd love to hear them, but am heading to work now .Will check in this evening. Thanks for your replies!! Much appreciated.
