I have noticed the past few weeks that my exercise is disappearing. I have started acreenshottung my exercise. For example, today I worked out for 1 hour and it showed this on the app. I went back in to log food and noticed my exercise is now showing 17 minutes. The calorie burn and steps remains the same. There is a known issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see completed exercises in the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.
Several users who are experiencing this problem have noticed that their weekly Fitbit progress email seems to show the correct number of exercise days. That indicates to me that the exercise data is getting uploaded to the users' accounts on the Fitbit servers. However, it seems that there's an issue on syncing the data between the servers and the Fitbit app.
For now, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can suggest since the issue is on the Fitbit side. We will have to wait until they roll out the fix or can fix the problem from the back end.
