Exercise graph doesn’t make sense

I just don’t understand this graph, it states that I’ve achieved 4 minutes in vigorous and peak, yet the graph shows nothing over 100.
Daily update states 117 as highest today, yet it’s saying on there that I’ve reached peak which for me is 133 +

I’ve no idea which one is correct.

First, I don''t think it is saying you reached peak.  It is grouping (vigorous and peak) together since they both earn double zone minutes, so 4 minutes in (vigorous+peak).  As for not showing that on the graph, not sure but all I can guess is that it's too small a time detail to show up in a 24 hour graph compressed to that sampling rate.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you, I guess that’s it, I think the graph before the update was much better than this one, perhaps I’m expecting something too specific.

@Susiejb13   That graph shows your average heart rate over a five minute interval.  You can see this if you lightly press on the graph and drag your finger left/right.  The peaks and valleys get smoothed out in this view.  I agree with you.  The older app version wasn't in five minute intervals.
