Exercise tracking - won't turn off

on my Charge 5, i selected 'interval' from the exercise options. But it won't turn off. the charge 5 does not have any buttons, like my charge 3 did - i keep tapping the screen but cannot figure out how to turn off interval. just got this thing, what is the deal ?

Have you tried restarting your Charge 5? If you can get to the Settings screen on your Charge 5, you can reboot from there. The other way to restart your Charge 5 is using the button on the flat end of the charging cable that came with your tracker. This page has more detailed info: How to restart Charge 5
