No active hours showing up on app

For two days now, none of my active hours are showing up on the app. This also affects calories burned. I have tried restarting, but that doesn’t helped. I have often had one or two active hours not show up on the app, but now none are showing up. I am really getting fed up with this Fitbit. It isn’t tracking my sleep either.

By "active hours", do you mean hours with 250+ steps?  Why do you think this affects calories burned?

Yes, I mean hours with 250+ steps. I’ve discovered it’s not tracking my heart rate, which is why it’s not tracking my sleep or tracking as many calories as normal. I’ve tried all the fixes I can find and nothing is working.

In "Settings" heart rate can be turned off or on.  I suppose you have checked that.  If that is turned on, I have seen it suggested to try turning it off, sync, then turn back on, then sync again.  That's all I know to try.

But heart rate should not affect getting 250+ steps/hr.

Whenever my Charge 5 messes up I go into the settings and Restart it. Fixes all my problems which happens every other day now. For me I can see everything on my charge 5 but it doesn’t register anything on the app. I restart the watch then all is fixed!

I’ve probably restarted it 7 or 8 times now, and still not fixed.

Yes, I’ve checked the heart rate and turned it off and on. Don’t know if it’s affecting the 250+ steps/hr, but it’s certainly affecting the calories burned.
