Hello,

Order placed 25th Sept 2023.

Order Ref: 0fho3c1gl5y5b

Track claims this has been delivered. But, definately has not!

Check with neighbours - nothing.

Please advise asap. This was supposed to be a birthday present. Alterantive arrangements have to be made now!
