Does anyone else have serious problems with the bands staying connected. I now have to search everywhere because it won’t stay on

Are you using the original band that came with your device or another genuine Fitbit band?

I just received my charge 5 yesterday and the bottom wristband strap started falling off right away. I'm not sure if it's the odd clasp type that puts too much stress on the bands or what the problem is but I'm having the same issue. I taped it on today to keep it on and might end up super gluing it
