Hello, I called Fitbit's customer service and after waiting for several minutes a representative named "David" got on the line at about 9:25 am CDT today, May 19, 2024. From the beginning, David was rude and unhelpful. I provided the case number for my prior interactions with Fitbit representatives and he refused to read it before proceeding.
