I called Fitbit yesterday. They said they will email the new update on the firmware. They said it’s an issue on their end. I bought a fitbit 5 followed the steps. Went to bed with it fully charged. Woke up no battery life. Also when you flip your wrist nothing shows up. It’s unable able to connect to the bluetooth, totally bummed, I was looking forward to my new Fitbit. I have been a loyal customer for years now. I am hoping they get this fixed. I also upgraded to the premium which I haven’t used before.
