Seaton2020_0-1669278802656.pngThis was the tracking of my 'outdoor workout' when raking leaves in my garden!! Lots of other interesting designs. We should have an exhibition!!

@Seaton2020   This is certainly a novel way to use your Fitbit.  I’m here to add a bit of exercise shortcut clarification.  The Outdoor Workout shortcut is designed for things like kayaking and paddle boarding.  It isn’t designed for step based workouts.  The distance doesn’t get added to your daily total.  Fitbit doesn’t describe this well.

appreciate that and I do use it when gig rowing

but given the amount of leaves I have to rake up and the time it takes….it certainly is outdoor and a workout!!

Glad that you understand the difference.  Like I wrote, Fitbit didn’t describe this well and the icon is incorrect.  Many users chose this for a hike or other outdoor activity, then were very upset when the distance didn’t get added to their daily total.
