Hi, @Norway-3 , I would recommend charging your Fitbit for approx two hours using a cable and plug known to be working. The plug used for your cell phone is ideal. Once your Charge 5 has had 2 hours on the charger, give it a restart following the instructions in this help article .
Giving your Fitbit a restart can shut down any background activities that may cause unusual battery drain.
After the restart please monitor your battery life to see how long it lasts. For best results it is a good idea to avoid deep discharges of the battery and to charge it when it drops below approx 20%.
